Turn any Google Form into a payment form
YukoPay lets form owners collect money the moment someone submits — through Stripe, Square or PayPal. No code, no clunky redirects, no separate checkout page.
// illustrative — your real form & branding
WORKS WITH THE PAYMENT TOOLS YOU ALREADY USE
Up and collecting in three steps
No developers, no spreadsheets, no copy-pasting payment links. If you can build a Google Form, you can take payments.
Install the add-on
Add YukoPay to Google Forms™ from the Workspace Marketplace in one click — it lives right inside the editor you already use.
Connect a gateway
Link your Stripe, Square or PayPal account and set prices — fixed, per-item, or driven by the answers people give.
Share & get paid
Send your form like always. Respondents pay at submit, and the money lands in your account automatically.
Everything you need to get paid
Powerful where it counts, invisible where it shouldn't be. YukoPay handles the money so you can focus on the form.
Pay on submit
Respondents check out the instant they submit — no redirects to a separate page, no lost conversions.
Multiple gateways
Offer Stripe, Square and PayPal side by side and let people pay with whatever they trust most.
Secure by default
Card details go straight to your PCI-compliant gateway. YukoPay never stores sensitive payment data.
Any currency
Charge in the currency your gateway supports and sell to customers wherever they are in the world.
Live dashboard
See who paid, who didn't, and how much you've collected — alongside every response, in one place.
Flexible pricing logic
Fixed amounts, quantities, tiers or totals calculated from answers — set the rules and YukoPay does the math.
One add-on, countless ways to collect
If you're already gathering responses in a form, you're one step away from gathering payments too.
Nonprofits & donations
Collect one-off or suggested-amount donations right alongside supporter details.
Schools & clubs
Take field-trip fees, dues and fundraiser orders without chasing cash or checks.
Events & tickets
Sell tickets and RSVPs with paid add-ons, all captured in a single form.
Freelancers & invoices
Turn an intake form into a deposit collector and get paid before the work starts.
Online sellers
Run simple product or pre-order forms with quantities and per-item pricing.
Memberships & courses
Sign people up and charge sign-up or recurring-style fees in the same step.
Less admin. More collected.
We were chasing parents for camp fees every summer. With YukoPay the payment just happens at signup — we collected everything in a weekend.
I already lived in Google Forms. Adding Stripe took five minutes and now every client intake comes with the deposit attached.
Our fundraiser doubled because people could give the moment they filled out the form. No separate donation site, no friction.
Pay only when you get paid
No monthly fees and no setup costs. YukoPay charges a small fee per successful transaction — and nothing at all on small amounts. Your payment gateway's own processing rates apply separately.
| Transaction amount | Per payment | Per subscription |
|---|---|---|
| Under $5.00 | Free | Free |
| $5.00 – $15.00 | $0.30 | $0.30 |
| $15.00 – $60.00 | $0.40 | $0.40 |
| $60.00 and above | 0.70% | 0.70% |
Fees apply per successful transaction. No monthly subscription required.

Questions, answered
Not at all. YukoPay installs as a Google Forms™ add-on and everything — connecting a gateway, setting prices, going live — happens through simple menus inside the form editor.
Stripe, Square and PayPal are supported today, with more on the way. You connect your own account, so payouts and processing rates stay entirely between you and your provider.
Payment details are handled directly by your PCI-compliant gateway. YukoPay never sees or stores card numbers — it simply orchestrates the checkout and records whether a response was paid.
There's no monthly subscription. YukoPay charges a small fee per successful transaction — nothing at all under $5.00, a low fixed fee in the middle tiers, and just 0.70% on larger amounts. Your payment gateway's own processing rates are billed separately by your provider.
Yes — YukoPay is built to be multilingual. English is available now and more languages are coming.
